Medical
credit Cards
These days, some of our debt free article readers may
find that they are offered a new type of credit card that
will help them pay there medicals expenses. These cards are
being offered by only a few banks so far. The concept is
new, but we want to make sure you understand the
consequences of getting one of these cards. Yes, you may not
be able to afford your medical insurance and many of you do
not even have it. These cards are designed to help insured
and uninsured workers pay there deductibles and other health
care costs. The only thing is that the interest rates are
not all that wonderful - even to begin with. So far (even
though this concept is quite new), there are no banks
offering introductory rates. Many consumers find they are
paying high rates of credit card debt interest and we feel
our customers here need to read the fine print if they are
considering any medical credit card offer. After all,
getting further into debt (a rate of interest) is not the
best way to live a life free of debt. However, we have found
that some employers are looking into providing an auto
payroll deduction to their employees that is a before tax
deduction and carries no interest because you pay from
payroll. Again, this concept is in its infancy, so keep on
the lookout for us to cover more on this and other credit
card debt issues.
