In fact, use the list of suggestions below as your guide when you are serious about repairing your credit standing.

Read this list and commit your self to not making these mistakes:

-          Do not cosign loans for friends and family (only in rare cases where you are helping a responsible child establish credit.

-          Do not lease a car. Buying is better.

-          Never sell your home on an assumption.

-          Never sell your car to someone who will take on your payments. Come on, this is your credit standing on the line .

-          Never let your car insurance lapse.

-          Never use a cash advance from your credit cards to make payments. Oh, the cost of doing this is just not good at all. The vicious cycle is a train wreck waiting to happen.

-          Never sell your car to a company that will lease it back to you. Seriously, you loose the asset and never pay the car off.
