Debt Company Accident
Sometimes we think that going to a debt consolidation company is going to help us. We see them and they always seem to have it all together. They go over the debt consolidation issues with us and help us clear up the mess that our lives have become, and when we leave we think that they have it so good.
However, behind the scenes of the debt consolidation company employees, there are regular people with regular lives. Their lives are just as messy as ours, sometimes even messier. Sam Tarad Sky, 39, of 20684 Torre Del Lago St., Estero, has been accused of ramming his car into another car on purpose.
Sky is the COO of a debt consolidation company, and has been released from the Lee County Jail on a pre-trial diversion. He allegedly rammed another car on purpose. The charge is aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Sky works for the debt consolidation company Credit Restoration Brokers, which is a limited liability corporation which has been in business for at least four years. It seems that he rammed the car being driven by Richard Lamm, who is a private investigator. Lamm had been following Sky’s fiancé for two days, and Sky felt that this was the only way he could get him to stop. Lamm had been following her in a yellow Ford Mustang, and the woman had called the police.
The police were about to respond to the call regarding him following her when they got the call about the car accident. When the deputy arrived he said he saw the two men having a “verbal altercation.” Sky initially told Lamm that his brakes failed, but admitted to police that it was not an accident.
