Stress Levels
are Down
According to a recent poll more people are feeling less stress.
A recent report showed that the nation as a whole is feeling
less stress when it comes to the economic situation that has
gripped our country. Just one short year ago the numbers for
stress and stress related heart attacks were at an all time high
especially in areas hit hardest by the housing bubble burst and
the high unemployment rates. However, as citizens see employment
improvements in places like Wisconsin, who added in 10,000 more
jobs in just the past five months – the stress level has
significantly dropped.
Experts say that a lot of this has to do with the increase in
awareness of debt and how it might be handled as well. They say
that debt consolidation programs have helped numerous people not
only get out of debt but also feel that they have control over
it once again. There are people who have turned to debt
consolidation and settlement, and there are some that have
declared bankruptcy – but all of these people are now feeling
less stress than they were when they had all of that debt piled
on top of them.
The amount of stress that a person has is quite often directly
linked to the amount of debt that they have. This is why debt
consolidation can be so helpful for people as they get their
finances under control. It gives them a feeling of hope again
for a brighter future, and isn’t that all we all really want?
