Texas Loan-Shark Targets Our Military Boys

A Texas based company, Texas Advanced internet (TAI) violated the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and targeted its predatory activity at nearby military base.  This company would often charge interest rates on short term cash advance loans of sometimes 782%!

In addition, TAI was not licensed to provide some of the services and loan contracts  it offered.  This sort of predatory lending is what keeps American consumers in on going debt cycles.

The company has a whole list of unscrupulous activities designed to charge hidden fees and trap consumers.  Many of these activities violate Texas laws, and as such, the lawyer on the case is asking for TAI to pay restitution to all those harmed by its practices.
