Indiana Cracks Down on Mortgage Firms

The Indiana Attorney General’s Office is looking for justice for three consumers taken advantage of by My House Saver, LLC, a company claiming to help consumers set up deferred debt payments.

This company didn’t comply with some of the Indiana state laws, and three of the consumers that the owner Reinisch contacted eventually lost their homes to foreclosure because of her “efforts” of their behalf.

When all was said and done, the court had Reinisch and her company paying close to $85,000.
