New credit card for those with debt problems

January 1, 2007

For those of our debt free news readers out there that are trying to reestablish their credit rating, Orchard Bank may have a solution for you. While we do not recommend that our debt free patrons get into more debt, there are still times when reestablishing requires getting a new credit card to start over with. Again, we are not selling you on getting into further debt, but what we are recommending is that you look into this article as a report on what options are out there if you are debt responsible and in need of getting a better credit rating.

Today, our debt free news department got wind of Orchard Banks advertisement regarding a new credit card offered to those who have less than perfect credit.

The New Orchard Bank MasterCard is being touted as the new credit card for those who are looking to have credit and rebuild status. The card will fit your financial status, no matter what your ranking in the credit bureaus may be.

In the report we found the following information regarding the cards fees and more: The interest rate would be between 14.9% - and 18.9%, depending on your debt and credit situation history. The processing fee could be waived, but for many applications, there is a $49 fee. Again, repairing your credit rating will not be cheap, but if you are a debt free article reader looking for help getting back on track (not to go further into debt), you will face some fees. If your credit is not that bad, you may get the fee waived – always ask to have it waived. Also, in the Orchard Bank MasterCard report, we noticed that there was no annual fee. As many of our debt free credit card holders know when it comes to getting your credit back on track – annual fees usually apply. So, this is one good thing about this new credit card we found about in the news today.

Orchard Bank looks to be on the rise as far as providing consumers a valued way to get their debt under control and credit back to good standing. We only want to caution our debt free news article readers that many credit cards have hidden fees and that they should be fully inquired about before any consumer signs any agreement.

For more information regarding the application for this MasterCard, we recommend our debt free article readers visit Orchard Bank’s website for complete details – remember read the application thoroughly first.
