Free Help is Always Available
You do not have to pay someone to help you with your debt. That
is the fact of the matter. If you find that you are giving
someone money in order to pay down your debt or to get you a
debt consolidation loan of some sort, you are most likely over
paying. The whole idea of paying for debt consolidation help is
crazy and should only be a step that is taken in times of real
confusion.
The idea is that you can add up all of your debt. Then you go to
your bank and get a debt consolidation loan for the amount of
your debt. Then you pay off your debt with the money that you
have gotten from the debt consolidation loan, and you are now
debt free except for the loan itself. You then pay off the debt
consolidation loan and you are truly debt free.
If you are unable to do this on your own you can hire someone to
do it for you, but really it is simple enough to do by yourself.
You can also look into a debt consolidation company that is a
not for profit where they will help you for free, or they will
charge you a very small sum of money to help you. Do not pay
exorbitant amounts of money for a debt consolidation loan when
it is so simple to do on your own. That would be like throwing
good money after bad.
