Eliminating Credit Card Debt
There are a couple of ways that you can go about getting rid of
your credit card debt, and there are no right ways over others.
The situation that you are in financially will determine which
way you go and which ways you will want to avoid. Getting rid of
debt has never been a cookie cutter solution as everyone handles
debt differently. If you are making $10,000 a year you are going
to handle your debt very differently from someone who makes
$100,000 a year.
You can always choose to just pay off your credit cards. This is
not a choice for many people, but for some it is the only
choice. You can move your money from credit card to credit card
with balance transfers, but that is not really a good idea
either. You can declare bankruptcy if you cannot pay anything on
them, or you can choose debt settlement if you can pay some but
not all. You can choose debt consolidation if you just need it
moved around a bit, or you can simply not pay them at all and
wait to see what happens – for the record – we are against this
option wholeheartedly.
Paying off your debt has never been easy, but with so many
options as to how you might there has to be a solution that is
right for you. Look at your finances or meet with a debt
consolidation or financial expert to see which ones might work
for you.
