Help for Desperate Situations
So you have no money. You have no money, but you have a lot of
debt. Where do you go from here? This is actually a very common
problem where someone has a lot of debt but are not sure how to
pay for it, so they turn to debt consolidation to help them. The
only problem with this scenario is that a debt consolidation
company can probably not really help you. If you have a lot of
debt and no way of paying it back, you might want to look to a
bankruptcy instead as you will have an easier time figuring it
out and getting debt free.
You cannot get blood from a stone – and the same goes with money
from someone who does not have it. Let’s say you get the debt
consolidation and you move forward on it and then you find out
that this new debt consolidation loan does not actually help you
at all? You have a new payment plan but you can’t afford it any
more than the other? Do you simply default on the debt
consolidation loan or should you look to bankruptcy? If you have
no way of paying this loan back that you just took out you can
try to file bankruptcy on it, but many times this does not work.
If you take out a loan within the last couple of months of
declaring bankruptcy you quite often cannot charge it off due to
rules and restrictions on it. You are better off declaring on
the other bills that you have separately.
